A passion for cooking at the age of 12 when she was born with my brother

(Maitre and Sommelier) played to cook when he was at home after long periods of work in Switzerland.
Every Sunday I helped my mom (born 1936),
when preparing the long Sunday lunches Italian.
I went to the fish market with my father to wait for the fishermen who were returning early in the morning after a long night work.
The passion I have for cooking was born and raised with love.

 

Nato a Taranto (La città dei due mari) il 09 Aprile del 1967;

La passione della cucina nasce all'età di 12 anni quando con mio fratello (Maitre e Sommelier) giocavo a cucinare quando lui era a casa dopo lunghi periodi di lavoro in Svizzera.

Aiutavo tutte le domeniche mia mamma (1936),

quando preparava i lunghi pranzi domenicali Italiani.

Mi recavo al mercato del pesce con mio padre per aspettare i pescatori che tornavano al mattino presto dopo il lungo lavoro notturno.

La passione che ho per la cucina è nata e cresciuta con Amore.
